These Terms of Service govern your use of repeatl.com, operated by Montewebs d.o.o., Ulcinj, Montenegro.

1. Description of Service

Repeatl is an online language learning platform that provides vocabulary training, shadowing exercises, and study schedule tools.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription plans are managed by our reseller Paddle.com (the Merchant of Record). Paddle provides billing support and handles refunds.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and software are properties of Montewebs d.o.o. User-uploaded materials remain the property of the user.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Montenegro.
